A peaceful and tranquil therapy room has been created in Macclesfield where a selection of relaxing and healing holistic therapies will be carried out. Past years of experience of providing gentle stress and tension relieving treatments for a number of clients have led to much relief and comfort for various conditions, as may be seen within the client testimonials.

Treatments can either be carried out here at Blueberry, or alternatively in your own home if this is more convenient.

REIKI (£25.00 per session)

Reiki is a simple, natural method of spiritual healing that can lead you to a deeper and more meaningful life. It is a non-invasive treatment which can affect all areas of your being, physical, mental, and spiritual. The Reiki energy is transmitted through the hands of the Therapist, starting at the person's head and gradually moving along the body and finishing at the feet.

I am a Reiki Master and can carry out Attunements to Levels 1, 2 & 3.Reiki Attunements.... Level I (One day) - £100.00 Level II (One day)- £130.00 Level III (2 days) - £175.00

EFT  (£35.00 for first consultation and £25.00 for subsequent treatments)

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is often referred to as "Psychological acupressure" and works by releasing blockages within the energy system which are the source of emotional intensity and discomfort. These blockages in turn often lead to limiting beliefs and an inability to live our lives harmoniously- resulting symptoms are either emotional and/or physical and include lack of self-confidence and self esteem, feeling, anxious or depressed or can lead to the emergence of compulsive and addictive behaviour. EFT can work on issues such as: Anxiety, Weight Loss, Stress, Stopping smoking, Phobias, Fear of Flying, Self-confidence, Grief and Physical Pain. 

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE (£25.00)

The aim of Indian head massage is to release the stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders. The client sits in a massage chair for the treatment. The therapist uses a range of different movements including application of deep kneading and compression movements over the neck, shoulder and scalp areas. In addition, the therapist will also gently stimulate and stroke pressure points on the face. 

HOPI EAR CANDLE (£25.00)

Ear candling is used for soothing the symptoms of ear problems and can help relieve pain, discomfort and itching whilst assisting the ear in its natural removal of unwanted wax and debris from the ear canal. Modem ear candling uses disposable hollow candles made from strips of unbleached cotton or linen dipped in beeswax. After treatment clients will notice softening of old hardened earwax, and stimulation of the body's natural excretion of this wax along with waste material.
