Las Rosas menu is always based on great fresh food from local suppliers. A Mediterranean style setting for a grill and tapas restaurant, this concept is a breakaway from traditional dining with an emphasis on local produce. The restaurant features a tabla grande intended to cater for family groups or a girls' night out with seating for up to 8. An area of low level seating lends itself to a more relaxed, informal dining style, where tapas is the order of the day. Originating in Spain, tapas are the bite size nibbles served with a glass of sangria or sherry Chef Bill Hurley has a wide range to tempt you. 

Dobbin's Inn Hotel has a great local bar with a naval theme throughout the area. For a pint of the "black stuff" and to hear a tale or two, this is a stop you must make when coming to Carrickfergus. We can clearly confirm, besides Dublin we serve the best pint of Guinness!!!! With a real coal fire burning, this is the only place to be during the cold spell!!! Open from 9.00am you can get a wide selection of coffees and breakfast fare. During lunch through the week there is a wide range of specials using local produce with a buffet from 12.00 to 2.30 on Friday and Saturday. There are a number of events throughout the year, whether it be live music nights, DJ evenings or drinks promotions. Dobbin's Bar is the only place to go for a great entertaining evening.
