Shape Shifters is Aberystwyth`s only Ladies only Fitness Studio. Located on the first floor next to the Mandarin in Pier St, the studio is owned and run by business partners Karen and Yvonne.

This Members Only studio is kitted out with the latest state of the art hydraulic resistance machines which can all be set to ones own pace meaning that new members can avoid any initial muscle pain. Work outs can be individually tailored to suit any size or age regardless of fitness levels.

This fitness studio is all about meeting the needs of the busy woman with a 30 minute work out which can be fitted in before or after work or even during a lunch hour. Members are able to walk in and join in the routine without any waiting.

Karen and Yvonne are focussed on providing the Ladies of Aberystwyth and the adjacent post codes with a first class full body workout designed to improve fitness, trim and tone, propagate inch loss and provide an overall feeling of well being.
