Absolute Fitness

Absolute Fitness Gym is situated in Roecliffe just outside Boroughbridge and is owned and run by Darren Sadler who is a British Competitor in 'Britains Strongest Man'.

The gym has all the latest modern equipment including a large range of cardiovascular machines. This gym offers an environment which is ideal for losing weight with friendly helpful advice available at all times.

Personal training is available by Stephen Browne who is a fully qualified level 3 Advanced Instructor and has a Diploma in personal training. Stephen is also fully trained to give massages which help with any injuries or pain caused by sports activities. Boxercise, kickoxeccise and silat instructor too.

Absolute Fitness also has a beauty studio onsite which has treatments from pampering massages to facials and even wedding packages. Spray tanning, waxing, manicures, pedicures and Hollywood lashes are a few treatments available.
A hair salon also onsite offers cuts, colours, highlights and perms for ladies, gents and children.

Spinning classes also available Mon-Fri at 6.30pm and Sat 11am

Membership gives full use of the facilities seven days a week including use of saunas, showers, fitness testing and programmes
