Welcome to the Kings Croft Hotel, a beautiful Grade 2 listed hotel set in grounds of nearly 8 acres. With extensive lawns at the front of the hotel, surrounded by mature trees and relaxing views of the rolling countryside, the Kings Croft Hotel can provide the perfect venue for your function away from the hustle and bustle of busy town centres. The hotel has proudly been extensively refurbished as befit its age, with plenty of Victorian splendour.

The Kings Croft provides the idyllic country house setting. With the convenience of being less than a mile from the M62, the town centre of Pontefract and within 2 miles of the A1. The hotel is easily accessible from Leeds, Wakefield, and Barnsley, Doncaster and all the towns and villages surrounding Pontefract. A helicopter pad was added in 2008 and the hotel can arrange various packages to suit your needs.

There are 6 function rooms available to comfortably accommodate small intimate dinner parties of 4 guests to large functions of up to 450. The larger function rooms benefit from in-house audio systems including integral large projector screens, ideal for your function. We also have idyllic features including a water fountain, marquees and pagodas, making for fantastic photo opportunities. All weddings catered for, we are licensed for Civil Ceremonies.

We can provide a full package of entertainment including live bands, discos or comedians. The hotel has developed a reputation for providing top quality entertainment for Dinner Dances, Charity Events, Ladies Luncheons, Christmas Parties and Sportsmen’s Dinners.

Personally managed by the owners Shaun and Rosie Ingram, they are available along with the Head Chief to discuss your requirements and design packages to suit your needs. We are happy to print off sample menus free of charge for al your guests. There are 22 en-suite bedrooms including 3 premier rooms complete with 4 poster beds.
