I am a provider and trainer for the Japanese Art of Reiki Healing based in Macclesfield.

Reiki encourages and promotes balance and harmony of mind body and spirit , by rebalancing your chakras (energy gateways or centres). The benefits of having a Reiki treatment are:

As a Reiki Master and Teacher based in Macclesfield I have been offering Reiki sessions and training for the past seven years in a tranquil and relaxing setting. I am fully insured and certified. One hour Reiki sessions are just £25.00, please contact me directly for bookings and consultations. There are also Reiki taster sessions for those people wanting to learn more about Reiki. 

I offer talks and bespoke courses for de-stressing and relaxation, to the Corporate World, via the mind body spirit connection, Some of the benefits which can be expected are: increased harmony and well being, as we explore meditation and relaxation techniques which are easy to learn and offer unlimited potential to enhance and enrich every day life.

Julie Brett-Bellis has recently updated "Be Inspired", and it is now "The Wellness Centre", specialising in energy based practices which inspire and promote relaxation, stress management and wellness. Julie is a Reiki Master-Teacher and EFT Practitioner (AAMET Trained & Registered), and offers Reiki Sessions & Training, EFT for emotional wellbeing, and meditation guidance and support for focus, concentration and present moment awareness.
